Intermediate Cake Decorating

Join us to learn professional cake decorating tips and tricks in our Intermediate Cake Decorating class!
Participants will start with two 8” made-from-scratch cake rounds and will learn how to slice, stack, ice and decorate.
Techniques include creating even layers, piping roses & other flowers and decorating with a basket weave.
Basic cake decorating skills required. We will provide the cake, icing, bags, tips and other materials. Although not required, feel free to bring your own tips and tools if you want.
At the end, you will take home a delicious, beautifully decorated 4-layer cake.
