Bellepoint launch ramp is best suited for small fishing boats and kayaks. Bellepoint is home to birds, fish and turtles. This quiet and calm ramp opens up into Mill Creek, meeting the Scioto River and the northern end of the O’Shaughnessy Reservoir.
