Hickory Woods Park

The 115-acre site, once used for agriculture, has been converted into wetlands and prairies and reforested with oak and hickory trees. This transformation will enhance the habitat for various wildlife species that inhabit the area, including cottontail rabbits, red foxes, gray tree frogs, and spring peepers. A network of trails, featuring both gravel and natural surfaces, allows visitors to explore and discover the park’s diverse landscapes.
